EDI Communication Delays – Resolved
Resolved - This morning, TrueCommerce DiCentral experienced an issue that caused delays in processing a portion of inbound and outbound EDI transactions with Trading Partners.

The incident began at approximately 7:47 AM CT. The underlying service issue was addressed, and normal EDI communication resumed at approximately 11:00 AM CT.

Approximately 3,000 transactions were delayed during the incident. The affected transactions were subsequently reprocessed, with reprocessing completed at approximately 12:30 PM CT.

Our team continues to investigate the underlying root cause. Initial findings indicate that a service failure on one of the servers contributed to transactions becoming pending.

We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore normal processing.
